We need Warriors whose hearts and character are ruled by Ma’at, whose souls find peace in being of Spirit, who rise without concern for consequences when all sanity appears lost, who are compelled by their Ancestors, community and those yet to come to apply their righteous rage in service against any who would destroy them, and who live their lives to empower their people. We need Warriors who are wise and humble enough to know to call on their Ancestors to assist them as they bring their power to bear in correcting what is wrong and strengthening what is right. It is out of this desire to assist Warriors in healing through identifying and refining the best of who we are that Higher Ground was written.
